LAE is the academic sixth form for independent thinkers

Do you want the knowledge, skills and interests that will give you broad and rich life choices in a complex and changing future?

LAE is in Stratford, East London, right next to the station and the Olympic Park. We are a sixth form that teaches only the A levels most favoured by leading universities and employers. We opened in September 2012 and already we are very successful: In 2014, 68 of LAE's first cohort of sixth formers secured places at Russell Group universities and five secured places at Oxford or Cambridge. LAE secured an A*/A percentage of 43% and A*/B of 71%, results that better even some well-known independent schools such as Ampleforth and Millfield. In 2015, the Department for Education rankings placed LAE as the top college in East London. The Times then named LAE "one of England's most sought after schools".

Applications for September 2015 have now closed. Late applications may be considered on an individual basis. For further information or to enquire about admissions, please email
