LAE ranked UK's 3rd best sixth form by Sunday Times

London Academy of Excellence has been ranked the UK's 3rd best sixth form college in the prestigious Sunday Times' 2018 Parent Power league table.

The league table, which ranks sixth forms according to the percentage of students that achieved AAB+ in 2 or more facilitating subjects, compares the outcomes achieved by post-16 providers across the UK for the 2015-16 academic year.

At LAE, which was established in 2012 to provide a high quality A-Level academic education for students in Newham and east London, 36% of students achieved this high bar - almost double the national average.

The Head Master, Scott Baker, commented "we are tremendously proud of the outstanding outcomes achieved by students and delighted to be ranked amongst the UK's top 5 sixth form colleges for the third year running".
